Our primary goal, whenever possible, is the retention of your healthy, natural teeth. With this in mind, let me tell you what you can expect on your first visit to our office. During the first visit, a comprehensive examination will be completed. This exam will include digital x-rays allowing us to diagnose the condition of your mouth, teeth and gums.  In most instances, your dental condition will be determined at this visit, and if needed, a suitable treatment plan will be discussed with you.

Verifying insurance make take a lot of time to get it done, but you can give us a callin advance to provide your insurance information to go ahead and get the paperwork started.

If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card and identification card the day of your appointment

We accept Medicaid and Texas Chip (under 20 years old)

We take all insurances as long as they are a PPO plan. Just to name a few: Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Metlife, Humana, Dentemax, Ameritas Group, United Health Care and more. If you would like to know if we accept your insurance just give us a call and our staff will assist you inmediately. You can also take one step ahead and call your insurance to find out which dental plan is the one you have.

There shouldn’t be a question between the dental health care you need and the dental health care you can afford. At Portal Portal Dental Care we offer reasonable prices, we also provide discounts for patients with no insurance and we have the option of Care Credit.
