Dr. Reinholtz is the owner and director of Portal Dental Care. She has a passion for dentistry and helping patients by fulfilling their needs. She dedicates to general dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic and family dentistry. She received her Dental Surgeon degree in 1999 with honor recognition from Santa Maria Catholic University in Peru.

 She continued her education at University of Illinois in Chicago, obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2008. Dr. Reinholtz has maintained memberships with the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Orthodontic Society.

Dr. Reinholtz is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, which is a tremendous asset in being able to provide comprehensive dental care to different population groups. When she is at home, she likes to spend time with her friends and family.

Dr. Lara Regis received her Dental Surgeon Degree in 1999 and was awarded a specialist certification in Periodontics from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2001.

Upon graduation she opened a private practice where she focused on Periodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry. In 2008, Dr. Regis received a D.D.S. degree from University of Illinois at Chicago where she was recognized for her academic and clinical achievements through multiple awards and invited to join the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society.

In addition to Periodontics, Dr. Regis has extensive experience and training in oral surgery and family dentistry. She and her husband Piotr have 3 boys: Piotr, Oliver and baby Henry. Dr Regis is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Dr. Honnlee attended School of Dentistry, Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Science.  However, she had always felt that orthodontics was her true passion, since she was fascinated by the techniques and the design of appliances used to achieve the perfect occlusion of the teeth.  This ultimately encouraged her to do her 4 year Residency in Orthodontics in Loyola University in Chicago.

Dr. Honnlee likes to make a special connection with her patients since they have monthly appointments. Her goal is to bring a family atmosphere to the office. Her patients will like her wonderful sense of humor and her easy going nature. 

She loves to travel, including several trips overseas to be by her husband’s side when he was deployed abroad while serving in the United States army. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
